We are a leading provider of IT services including both hardware and software support. We are looking to add a 1st line helpdesk analyst with Windows Server / Cisco / SQL / Managed Service Provider experience to a strong IT support team.

WHO ARE WE?

Over 30 years we started as a business providing support to a leading car manufacturer and then we began to develop our own software. As we grew we started to provide hardware and software to customers within the USA and UK. Now we offer services that range from business continuity through to data recovery. We are looking to employ 1st line helpdesk analyst with Windows Server / Cisco / SQL / Managed Service Provider that can support our continuous growth.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You will attempt to provide first time fixes to customer, suppliers and vendors. If this is not possible you will redirect the call to a 2nd line support for resolution. When not dealing with an incident directly you will be responsible for contacting customers to keep them informed on the progress of their logged call. You will need to be well organised to manage the workload effectively and efficiently. Interviews will be held during the week commencing the 6th Feb, so please apply today if you are interested.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE….

* Experience with 1st Line Support

* Exposure to working with Small and Medium Size Enterprises
* Knowledge of Windows Server
* The drive to develop your career

IT'S NICE TO HAVE….

* Knowledge of Cisco products
* Office 365
* Experience with Anti-Virus products
