A fantastic Birmingham based property company is looking for a logical-thinking and hard-working individual for a new opportunity in their fantastic offices based just south of the city. Working as part of a close-knit team of 4 you will be required to manage all administrative processes within the businesses finance function whilst also displaying an adaptability to pick up other varied ad hoc administrative tasks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Management of the invoicing process both internally and externally

  • Specific responsibility for debt chasing and arrears process management

  • Effectively chasing authorisation for timesheets and expense claims

  • New client documentation and processing including credit checks

  • Credit control responsibilities

  • Varied administrative duties in line with business and department needs

This is a fantastic opportunity suitable for an individual ideally immediately available looking to engage in a process drive finance based role. You must possess a minimum of 18 months experience within an accounts assistant capacity as well as be confident to deal with clients over the phone.

This business operate on the hours 9am-5:30pm and there is flexibility for 3-5 days a week.
