Accounts Assistant - Property
A fantastic Birmingham based property company is looking for a logical-thinking and hard-working individual for a new opportunity in their fantastic offices based just south of the city. Working as part of a close-knit team of 4 you will be required to manage all administrative processes within the businesses finance function whilst also displaying an adaptability to pick up other varied ad hoc administrative tasks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Management of the invoicing process both internally and externally
Specific responsibility for debt chasing and arrears process management
Effectively chasing authorisation for timesheets and expense claims
New client documentation and processing including credit checks
Credit control responsibilities
Varied administrative duties in line with business and department needs
This is a fantastic opportunity suitable for an individual ideally immediately available looking to engage in a process drive finance based role. You must possess a minimum of 18 months experience within an accounts assistant capacity as well as be confident to deal with clients over the phone.
This business operate on the hours 9am-5:30pm and there is flexibility for 3-5 days a week.
