Full Time

International Law Firm is now actively hiring for an Insolvency Lawyer to join their team in Manchester. This is a nationally recognised Practice Area and a Legal 500 Firm.

Sitting within their Dispute Resolution Practice, you will be responsible for deepening the work the team currently does in the Insolvency space. Ideally you will have a background as an Insolvency Solicitor having acted on contentious aspects of bankruptcy and IVA's, and have built relationships with Insolvency Practitioners.

This new role represents a recognition from the Firm that they are well positioned to support a Solicitor in this discipline, and with the right person they can continue to grow. Work is passed from existing client relationships, and in addition you will be afforded the opportunity to grow the role and the client base, shaping the direction as you see fit. A following of business is not required here, just demonstrable experience in the field and previous links to IP's. You will be from a well respected Regional or National Practice, and have a desire to enhance your name in the space.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Insolvency Lawyer to join an International Firm, at a time when they continue to grow the Firm in the region and Nationally, posting encouraging Financial results along the way. Salary on offer is super competitive for the region. Applications are also welcome from those LAwyers with Corporate Restructuring experience.
