An excellent opportunity for a junior Accounts Assistant to join a leading legal company in Central Birmingham

Your new company
A large, established and award winning legal company based in Birmingham City Centre with modern and comfortable offices.

Your new role
You will join a small finance team, working closely alongside the Management Accountant and reporting into the Head of Finance. You will be responsible for matching and processing invoices, ensuring timely payment of invoices using manual and electronic payment systems, processing expense claims and assisting the Cashier with day to day posting of receipts.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have prior experience working within an accounts payable team and will have a sound understanding of the purchase to pay process. This role would be well suited to AAT studiers or those looking to begin a career in finance. You will be highly numerate with strong IT and communication skills and plenty of enthusiasm.
