£25-£30k plus Bonus

We are recruiting for a General Manager for a leading operator in the health and fitness industry. The role will be within the Kings Heath area and will be working for a company that are clear in what they are, what they stand for and have an outstanding product. The site will be going through a full refurb in spring!

This business will allow you to be a General Manager who can run their club like your own business. Within the company framework your job is to create an exercise environment where are members walk in inspired and leave with a huge smile on their face! There is a huge amount of skill and talent in this business and you will learn and be developed every day.The role of a General Manager for this company is multi faceted and you’ll have responsibility for your club and all that that entails. There are some areas that are extremely important and are areas that all of their successful General Managers have in abundance, such as:

  • Commerciality - you will need to ensure the club is set up to be a success

To be be considred for this role you will have at least 2 years management experience and have REPS level 3 qualification.
