New Business Field Sales Representative - Managed Print Services

Basic salary £22,000 - £30,000 + excellent bonuses (£40,000 - £60,000 OTE)

This is an opportunity for a driven, target oriented BDM/Field Sales Representative to work for a highly successful leading print managed services company with a multi-million pound turnover, developing new business and reaping excellent rewards for doing so. You will be allowed to work in your own way, to your own KPIs, your only target will be a GP target per quarter.

The role

A BDM / Field Sales Representative is needed to sell a full portfolio of services and solutions from office photocopiers, printers and cross sell other department offering such as IT services, cloud hosting, Office 365 etc, and service and support.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing new business including:

o identification of target clients

o identification of best method of approach

o engaging target clients with a view to outlining the company offering

o arousing target clients interest in the offering

o achieving success via sales to target clients

o seeking to develop newly established relationship with new clients and target clients, with a view to upselling where possible

  • Working towards weekly and monthly targets as allocated by management
  • Maintain positive and strong communications at all times with the company of progress
  • Potential for future account management of existing clients at a later date

The company

My client is one of the UK’s leading independent providers of Unified Communications and Managed Print Services, selling equipment from Canon, O2, Ricoh, Avaya, Kyocera, and Mitel, as well as IT services & solutions.

With operations across the whole of the UK, this role is to service the North West area.

The ideal person - Is this you?

We are seeking applications from people who are:

  • Naturally able to identify and secure new business
  • Experienced as a BDM/Field Sales Reps in print managed services, telecoms, IT, franking or vending machine sales
  • Experience of high value deals, tangible products, leasing/upgrade experience
  • Have a proven track record in sales & target achievements as a BDM/Field Sales Representative
  • A good level of maturity, able to manage & develop relationship with senior business managers
  • Capable of starting and building positive business relationships
  • Possess a competitive nature
  • Have excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Very self motivated
  • Able to work under your own initiative

The package

The successful candidate will be rewarded with:
£22,000 - £30,000 + excellent bonuses (£40,000 - £60,000 OTE)

Company vehicle provided or Car Allowance

(Pool car used during probationary period, own new car ordered once probation is passed)
