Based in the heart of Manchester our client is looking for an articulate and confident individual to take on the role of the SEO Account Manager. The role involves ensuring that the high quality of work is maintained on a day to day basis in order to deliver strong relationships with both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team, and have evidence of working in online marketing or SEO and organic search previously. An understanding of campaign and digital content marketing is also crucial to the role.

Responsibilities of the SEO Account Manager:

  • Responsible for the running of company accounts on a daily basis, therefore management skills will be essential to the role.
  • Develop new business opportunities.
  • Financial management.
  • Ensure that client business objectives are met to reach ROI potential.
  • Provide input for content strategies and proposals.
  • Manage and assist less experienced members of the team by advising them how to progress more efficiently.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure that the account team all meet the same standard of service.
  • Ensure that there is an integrated approach to marketing campaigns by building strong relationships with other teams within the company.

Skills and Attributes:

  • An understanding of key trends and appraisal of client results.
  • Passion for SEO marketplace and digital content. An understanding of relevant tools and techniques will also be desirable.
  • Time management and organisational skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
  • A confident individual with outstanding communication skills.
  • The ability to lead a team, therefore possess team management skills that are crucial to the role.
