A market leading nationwide construction Company seeks a charismatic and driven individual to join their growing team as a Regional Sales Manager. Based from home you will be responsible for managing and developing a range of key accounts across the Midlands and North West.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, your responsibilities will include:

  • Enhance performance of customer accounts and develop strategies for maintaining and improving relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identify potential new market opportunities for the Company and key market trends
  • Track product specifications and ensure a competitive rate in the market
  • Attend sales meetings and manage your own diary
  • Record and analyse customer account information
  • Investigate buying trends and market appropriate products accordingly
  • Liaise with internal departments effectively
  • Accurately forecast customer demand and requirements to enable effective operations planning
  • Improve sales revenue and profitability of customer accounts in the region
  • Promote the company and its products where ever possible

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to develop long term business relationships with a proven track record of account management and business development
  • A full, clean UK drivers licence is essential for this role
