Our client is a World leading business in a niche medical device / equipment market and we are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager for their UK team. As well as managing the field sales team you will also be responsible for growing National account revenue. As part of the Company management team you will be pivotal in implementing the strategic sales plan in line with the local and Group strategy. A proven track record of managing a team of 8 or more people is a pre requisite, whilst previous experience in the medical market is desirable.

Job Package
• £50k to 60k basic Salary

Job Description
Title: National Sales Manager
Reporting to: Managing Director
Role: To grow market share by managing, motivating and creating a high performing sales team

Key Activities & Accountabilities:
• To support and manage a National Field Sales team
• To increase market share through organic growth
• To achieve budgeted targets and be responsible for the sales P&L
• To account manage and grow National accounts
• With the Management team develop the company strategy
• Work closely with the Marketing manager

• At least 5+ years Field Sales Management experience
• Knowledge of Medical sales via the NHS (inc. Drug Tariff)
• Proven record of selling prior to management
• Excellent commercial acumen
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Strong communicator
• A leader
