This is a busy software company who develop and sell their own ERP business software which encompasses distribution, accounting, CRM, stock control, rentals, payroll, mobile applications and marketing.
They are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing Sales Executive / Telesales Exec who has experience in B2B sales, can build strong relationships with clients and can demonstrate products on-line over the web. This is an inside sales role which will not involve travel, so you need to be happy working in an office based team environment.
They will pay up to £30k starting salary with a £10-15k commission (uncapped) and regular salary reviews, and 25 days' holiday rising to 28. The environment here is very friendly, easy going and knowledge sharing, and people really like working here.
You should be capable of managing your own leads, developing a relationship with your client, and will be happy learning to demo the software over the web and closing your own deals. You will have proven experience selling in the commercial business space in a B2B environment and will be keen to move into the software sales area.
You may be in telesales at the moment, or you may be in B2B field sales and looking for an inside sales role with no travel. You will get great back up and support from the marketing team who will provide you with strong leads, and you should be self-managed and able to utilise a CRM system effectively for your benefit. You are happy putting together proposals for customers and have consultative and empathetic sales techniques.
Any experience of software or of web based / cloud based sales would be a bonus, but they have had great success moving B2B sales people across to software sales and are more interested in your personality, enthusiasm and your drive.
