This fast growing and highly ambitious property investment company is looking for a Sales Progressor to join its dynamic team based in the Manchester area.
The role involves working in a fast paced sales environment, dealing with a large number of investors who have committed to purchasing property and helping them through the legal and mortgage processes.
This role is suitable for someone who has a strong work ethic, is impeccably well organised. A good understanding of the legal process for purchasing property and mortgage applications would be advantageous however full training will be provided.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage a large pipeline of property purchases
• Work closely with external solicitors and mortgage brokers to see through completions as quickly as possible
• Maintain regular contact with the client who is in the process of purchasing a property
• Be extremely organised in tracking and managing the sales progression pipeline • Regularly report to the company Directors SKILLS/EXPERIENCE • Previous sales or order progression experience or similar is highly advantageous • Experience of progressing orders • Ability to retain and use new information • Excellent organisational skills • Confident and hard working
