Our client is looking for an Insurance Fraud Paralegal to join their Insurance Fraud team in Manchester.
This role involves working for an outstanding defendant law firm with a striving yet supportive working culture, which has granted them a global network and a commendable reputation. Within their Manchester office, our client offers the winning combination of providing traditional advice, whilst also offering technical expertise and implementing innovative strategies. The Manchester office alone employs over 200 legal experts and plays a crucial part in contributing to their firm's overall future prospects. Due to recent success, our client's Manchester Insurance Fraud team is currently expanding, increasing at an exponential rate with an extensive network of intelligence analysts and the latest technology.
For the Insurance Fraud Paralegal role, our client is looking for someone who will deal with a wide range of insurance fraud claims, largely involving defendant fraudulent motor claims. Additionally, you will be evaluating and investigating fraudulent and RTA claims; some include LSI, LSV and staged accidents. The position involves plenty of interaction with the rest of the insurance fraud personal injury team, so the ability to communicate effectively is essential for this role. This role is great for candidates who are keen to learn, in a prestigious firm with a budding interest in the insurance fraud department. This Manchester department is renowned for its regional capabilities and you will receive great exposure dealing with interesting and complex cases.
You will be required to have up to 6 months insurance fraud experience and interest in expanding your skill set in the defendant personal injury claims sector. Although defendant experience is desired, candidates with a claimant background and a determined attitude will also be considered. For the Insurance Fraud Paralegal role, you will need to be able to use Microsoft office competently and have proficient verbal and written communication skill when interacting internally and with clients. Our client values the importance of team work, so a team player is required in the Manchester based office.
