Location- Flexible throughout the South
Salary- £23,000 - £30,000 + car allowance/company car
We are currently supporting our client in seeking a Claims Auditor for sites across the South West. The Claims Auditor is primarily responsible for monitoring the performance of the panel firms, ATE solicitor network and other outsourced claims service providers against our clients terms of business and/or service standards. This is achieved through the implementation of a robust onsite audit schedule and a level of remote statistical analysis. In doing so, the Claims Auditor will identify any potential for a partner to fail in their service delivery, thus protecting our ability to maintain our high standards of cost-effective customer service.
Outsourced Service Audits: conducting regular desktop & on site audits of all outsourced claims service providers to identify any failures in their performance against the SLA in force, including but not limited to: service levels, response times & complaint numbers. Dealing with minor remedial issues as necessary & escalating significant breaches.
Panel & ATE Provider Audits: conducting regular desktop & on site audits of all panel providers and ATE solicitors to identify any failures in their performance against the Terms of Business Agreement in place, including whether claims are under cover & whether claims are handled according to SLAs. Dealing with minor remedial issues as necessary & escalating significant breaches.
Performance of Suppliers: using systematic data capture & statistical analysis to monitor the performance of panel firms & outsourced claims service providers, including: average costs, complaints, settlement times & other KPIs.
Review of ATE Cases: lead the regular call for case updates from solicitors on all ongoing ATE cases highlighting any concerns in respect of their actions against TOBA &/or SLAs.
There will be travel required to sites across the South and visits to the Bristol Head Office.
You will ideally be CII qualified or working towards this qualification or possess the equivalent qualification/experience
