Interim Purchase Ledger Clerk
Accountancy Action are currently recruiting for an Interim Purchase Ledger Clerk paying £16,000 - £18,000 to join a leading high profile organisation based within the Birmingham area. You will be required to work for a period of up to three months with the view of being made permanent.
This is an all round finance role with key responsibilities around purchase ledger, bank reconciliations, preparing reports when required. This position would suit someone who is immediately available with an energetic personality and with a can do attitude.
- Maintaining records ensuring they are up to date
- Processing large amounts of invoices
- Updating weekly spreadsheets
- Manage purchase ledger queries
- Matching and coding invoices
- Preparing monthly payment runs
- Preparing audit reports
To be considered the successful candidate must have a minimum of 12 months experience working within a similar role.
