Marketing Executive - SEM/SEO (Chinese Speaking)

Our business is entering a phase of rapid expansion and, to help us get to the next level, we are looking for someone who wants to build a career in digital marketing, specifically Search Engine Marketing / Optimisation (SEM/SEO).
This is a hands-on role, so the candidate must have solid experience in building SEM/SEO as well as display ad campaigns, and demonstrate a track record in achieving quantifiable KPIs, i.e. primarily in customer acquisition and marketing-to-sales conversions.
Hence, we are looking for someone who is not just a technical expert, but who has entrepreneurial spirit.You must be comfortable in racing towards monthly quantifiable targets.
·Plan and execute SEM and display ad campaigns to ensure that our paid search strategy enables us to achieve marketing performance targets
·Drive KPIs including new users, marketing-to sales conversions, event registration, website traffic, CTRs etc.
·Manage SEM budget to optimise efficiency
·Optimise SEO and improve organic search ranking of websites including mobile
·Analyse SEM campaign ROI
·Support broader marketing goals of conversion ratios and customer acquisition
·Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
·Bachelor degree or equivalent in marketing / digital marketing / similar
·Proven working experience in managing SEM/SEO (1-2 years) and display advertising campaigns
·Strong experience in running Baidu (ideally also Google) Adwords campaigns
·Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
·Experience in optimising landing pages, and with A/B and multivariate experiments
·Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
·Excellent written and spoken Mandarin and fluent in English
