The Role: As Key Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers in the life sciences space, dealing with food, pharmaceutical and materials manufacturers. You will be selling a full portfolio of chemicals and be able to discuss the details of these with senior buyers, managing some lucrative and well-known accounts with the support of product managers and technical area managers. The Key Account Manager will receive a full company induction and product training and enjoy ongoing sales career options as they continue to expand.

The Company: Established in 1970 and part of a £10 Billion group, this organisation has cemented themselves as the market leaders in the supply of chemicals to pharmaceutical, personal care and cosmetics manufacturers. With renewed confidence in the manufacturing industry and plans for expansion over the next 12 months, they are now looking to recruit a new Key Account Manager to join the sales force.

For thisKey Account Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Field sales experience
  • A track record of managing key accounts within multi-sited customers is essential
  • You will be creative, agile and commercially astute with good multi-tasking skills
Benefits of this Key Account Manager role:
