UK and Global Insurance Broker
As a preferred recruitment partner for this broker we are delighted to again be supporting them on a recruitment drive for continued growth. We are working on two positions to be based within the financial quarter of Birmingham City Centre which has easy access to public transport and shops.
The overall purpose of the role is too effectively and efficiently process and administer international and UK insurance programs in accordance with company procedures and close liaison with the London team. Duties include the preparation and production of documentation and correspondence relating to overseas and UK clients and company network offices and for handling both client and network office queries relating to the administrative process. In addition you will be encouraged to attend client meetings. Training will be provided to enhance international exposure and processing. This opportunity will lead to the handling of complex cases further within your development.
Candidates must have:
Broking and/or underwriting and/or claims experience handling Motor, EL and property business.
Strong administration skills, ideally gained within the insurance industry.
Good IT skills, conversant in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Good written and verbal communication and telephone skills
Well organised and an ability to prioritise work
Strong attention to detail
Ideally educated to A Level standard
