Financial Sales Executive (Telephone Based)
Our Client is recruiting in their Birmingham office. You will be responsible for the reactive / proactive servicing of customers via telephone. Specifically this can involve -
- Annual service calls to clients, providing them with a valuable service and facilitating income generation opportunities via referrals to financial planners.
- Provide general admin support for clients; updating files and database management.
- Dealing with inbound enquiries from clients and referring them to the most appropriate channel.
- Outbound contact to clients to collect up to date personal and financial information.
- Support with sales campaigns to identify and engage with clients to increase revenue for the business.
- Work closely with telephone based financial planners to provide referrals and support client advice needs.
- Process simple investments (top ups) for existing clients.
- Bonus scheme for meeting monthly set targets.
Candidates will have excellent telephone sales skills gained in financial services and be comfortable building rapport, gathering information and probing for possible referral opportunities.
