Legal Office Assistant
An Office Assistant is required to join a leading Commercial Law Firm based in Manchester City Centre.
The office assistant will support the firm in all departments including facilities, post room, reception and IT support. Responsibilities will include; organising and managing legal deeds and files, dealing with IT queries, assisting the office manager, organising and managing post, assisting with document binding and photocopying and generally supporting the firm with any facilities based work.
This is a great all round office assistant role working for a well-established firm. Ideally we are looking for a candidate with previous office assistant, facilities, post room or legal administration experience. You should be proactive, organised and have excellent IT skills. Knowledge of the legal sector would be an advantage.
The role will be working full time based in Manchester City Centre. Starting salary £15,000 per annum, excellent benefits package.
