Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst
Contract length: 3 Months initially moving into a permanent job
Salary: £20K (eqv. £11/hr PAYE)
Location: Bristol

A leading financial services client that support multiple sites from a central services team is seeking a well-rounded 1st Line IT Support analyst with experience working on an IT Service desk.

You will be the initial point of contact for internal users that have IT issues, responsible for fielding the support tickets, resolving 1st & 2nd line desktop support issues using remote login software and escalating more complex desktop support issues as well as escalating all server related problems to a dedicated team.. You will be joining a team of 6 within this internal IT support department that support over 300 users on Microsoft / windows based products and common web issues.

Required Skills:

- IT Service Desk / Helpdesk experience
- Ticket logging / ticketing systems
- 1st Line Desktop Support
- Strong communication skills
- A friendly attitude
