A growing business in the FMCG sector are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team at a time when they are going through an exciting period of transition.
Your new role
This interim role will be on a 9-12 month basis during which time you will take responsibility for implementing key strategies in line with a 3 year category plan. You will be required to confidently manage marketing projects, monitoring brand and category performance, identify opportunities through business analysis and develop strategies for promotion of the product portfolio in line with the customer base.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must have category or brand planning experience, preferably within an FMCG environment and be experienced in understanding and analysing multiple data sources and market intelligence in order to develop and implement marketing strategy. You must also be experienced in delivering ROI and promotional strategies to drive growth. Alongside this, team management experience is required.
