Since their inception, this independent agency has grown consistently, picking up a few awards along the way, and because of this, they are looking to add a digitally focused Senior PR Account Manager to strengthen their team. This agency's roots have been immersed in B2B PR but this latest role require someone to handle a mix of accounts, across different market sectors.

The role

The work covers all forms of the PR and digital mix, and one of the accounts will see you handle campaigns on a UK and European scale. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a range of projects and strategies for the agency's top clients, whilst having the support of an experienced team of PR practitioners around you. As the digital PR sector continues to grow and evolve it is important that applicants have a real passion for the industry and are personally motivated to keep up to date with the latest trends. Working closely with the partners of the business, you will create and implement digital PR programmes, take responsibility for the day-to-day management of accounts, and oversee the delivery of sophisticated online content. After a settling in period, you will be given a portfolio of your own accounts and have the support of a small team of account executives to assist you develop and implement tactical PR campaigns for your designated set of clients. The work and projects are diverse which will make the role interesting as well as adding value to your skills and personal development.

What we're looking for

The client is open to considering applications from Account Managers or Senior Account Managers looking for more of a hands on role in a smaller team, which is growing year on year, and have already won 'Consultancy of The Year'. You will have a proven portfolio, ideally with consultancy experience but more important is your ability to combine PR and sophisticated online content. Without doubt, this is a hands-on role in which you will need strong research and analytical skills, as well as a thorough understanding of online and social channels. Our client is looking for someone with fantastic interpersonal and communication skills that can perform well in new business pitches and meetings. The ideal candidate for this role will also have a great strategic network of influential bloggers, journalists and media contacts.
