We are currently recruiting an Administrator to join our client, a well-respected wealth management firm located in Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, busy team within a growing financial firm.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Processing of payment schedule and monthly commission payments
- Entering cheques and processing cheque requests
- Setting up accounts, standing orders and income payments
- Process transfers between client accounts
- Maintain weekly stats and valuation diary
- Liaise with executives and operations staff
- Analytical and problem solving
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and ability to make decisions
- Ability to prioritise and manage daily workload to tight deadlines
This is a full-time, permanent position with working hours from Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. You may need to work additional hours to meet the company’s requirements.
Salary will be dependant upon experience.
