The ACE Academy is a rapidly improving 11-18 Academy with a new Executive Head teacher; Gary Hill. The Academy is seeking to appoint an innovative and inspirational leader to the role of Lead Practitioner - Mathematics. This post is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding Mathematics specialist to work with equally gifted teachers from core subjects to lead on CPD not only within their specialism but across the school. This post is pivotal to the improvement and development of teaching and learning across the Academy and is a wonderful opportunity for a talented professional to influence pedagogy and practice.
You will be an excellent classroom practitioner with a successful track record who is able to demonstrate the skills required to inspire colleagues and students with their passion for Maths. You will bring ideas, energy, enthusiasm and a commitment to securing strong progress and raising the attainment of all students. The ACE Academy is in the midst of a transformation, driven by its committed staff and supported by students that are hungry for success.
