Business Development - Cleaning (Bristol) - Basic to £26K OTE £40K
Our client provide a range of washroom services and as they continue growth they require a sales person capable of generating their own leads alongside developing existing accounts. Ideally with a field sales background, and experience of selling service contracts business to business.
Salary: Basic - dependant on experience with uncapped OTE

Sales Area: Essex/Southend or London and Home Counties TBA
The main aim of the role is to generate and develop new business. The nature of their business is washroom services, which includes feminine hygiene, vending machines, air freshening and purification, water management, drying and washing services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
? To develop new business relationships resulting in increased sales revenue
? Lead generation, appointment setting, sales presentations, conducting and concluding sales negotiations
? Managing a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales
? To effectively interact and communicate internally to ensure the solution presented to the client is appropriate, realistic, profitable and deliverable within timescales set out
? Responding to enquiries and all other communications in a timely fashion
? To deliver client proposals, contracts and other documentation required within the sales process.
? Professionalism with the ability and drive to generate and develop new sales opportunities
? An understanding of the whole sales process from lead generation to closing a sale
