Based in house in their prestigious office in Salford Quays, accessible for candidates living in Manchester City Centre, Sale, Altrincham, Disbury, Oldham, Salford Quays, Media City or surrounding areas.

£20,000 Basic, with the opportunity to rise up to £24,000 within 18 Months with a Realistic OTE £38,000 (TOP EARNERS £45K)

Business Development Executive / Internal Sales Representative

  • Contact new or lapsed customers from a database or alternate sources with a view to book quality meetings for the Field Sales Team
  • Fact finding, needs analysis, consultative based role
  • Take full ownership in order to build a strong relationship with the customers and increase sales revenue
  • Working towards daily & weekly KPI's
  • Positively influencing customer decision making by fact finding against their needs and recommending a matching solution
  • B2B Sales

Working 9 - 5pm Monday - Friday

  • You will have a minimum of 1 year B2B sales experience
  • Selling products, services or booking appointments over the phone to businesses
  • A proven track record of achieving KPI's and targets
  • Working in a call centre or busy office environment
  • Proven ability to build rapport
  • Have a consultative sales approach
