Commercial Insurance Section Head
Excellent opportunity for personal career development to manage the Commercial Department within a well-established expanding independent Insurance Broker.
The candidate should be enthusiastic, motivated and able to motivate others, sales driven and customer focused with strong leadership qualities. It is essential that you have worked within the insurance industry for a minimum of two years and have a comprehensive knowledge of Commercial insurance products.
Main duties will include managing the performance and development of a team including renewals. Achieving targets, objectives and standards set by the business. Dealing with your own clients and sales to achieve the team targets. Maintaining compliance, identifying training needs, conducting regular team meetings and reporting to management of performance and market data.
In house training provided.
