Global Graduate Programme - Finance Graduate with German

Our client is looking to recruit a Finance Graduate to join the Graduate Programme in September 2017. This will suit individuals who relish the idea of becoming future business leaders. The programme is 3 years with placements as follows:
Year 1 - Group Finance role at Global Headquarters in Birmingham
You will work as part of the Group Finance team to support their internal and external reporting requirements to the Board, Senior Management and Stock Exchange, and assist with ad hoc projects, as required. You will develop strong accounting foundations both through professional training and work experience, and build working relationships with Divisions, businesses and senior stakeholders in the Group.
Year 2 - Divisional Headquarters role, within Precision, Critical or Hydronic
As a member of one of the Group’s three divisional finance teams you will be involved in preparing the Division’s monthly reporting and forecasting to the Board and Divisional Management, and work on divisional finance projects. In this role you will develop an understanding of the Division’s commercial and operational foundations.
Year 3 - Group Risk role; six months’ at Global Headquarters in Birmingham and six months’ in one of the trading businesses
In your final year, you will join the Group Risk team and support their internal audits across a number of sites in a variety of geographical areas. These placements will provide you with insight into how businesses are run at local site level, and this will be an excellent opportunity to build your professional network and 'brand’ within the organisation. Considerable overseas travel will be expected during this part of the placement.
Post Programme - Business unit role working in the finance team at any of the global site operations
As you complete your accounting qualification you will take up a commercial finance role within one of the trading businesses which will hold great progression opportunities. The role will provide you with an opportunity to work overseas and influence management decisions at an operational level.
