Business Development - Cross train into Software sales
The Business Intelligence (BI) business within my client is looking to recruit a talented, experienced and enthusiastic business development professional to focus on identifying and developing new opportunities - both within existing and new sector verticals - for BI and analytics solutions within the UK marketplace.
The role is focused on establishing contacts and making appointments with Key Stakeholders across many UK market sector verticals (including both Public and Private) through focused campaign based activity incorporating telephone, email and social media.
The role will require an enthusiastic, articulate and self-starting individual who has a proven and demonstrable track record in identifying and developing new business, excellent communication skills and ideally sales experience within a technology environment.
Ideally the candidate will have knowledge and experience of BI and Analytics and/or consultancy, or managed services, around Information / Data Solutions.
Exposure to the following would be advantageous:
- Use of Salesforce CRM
- Use of Linkedin as a sales engagement tool
