Business Development Manager, Birmingham

Salary: £24,000 (£32K OTE)

This role is suitable for a tenacious graduate with strong interpersonal skills. Fully consultative, your training will begin with full emersion and understanding of the product and its uses within the medical market. This is an ever growing ever changing marketplace, so adaptability and a desire to learn is key.

The role will focus on growing the business areas and finding new opportunities, managing existing accounts through client facing meetings. You will be professionally trained through a structured induction course where you will be given industry and product knowledge.

Handsomely rewarded with a lucrative starting salary of £20K, the successful graduate will enjoy OTE of up to £25K in their first year! This is enhanced further by bonus and incentive schemes.

Role Responsibilities:

- Generate leads with prospective clients
- Perform client outreach with other reps
- Exercise your language skills to create and nurture a portfolio of client opportunities
- Report to the Sales Manager on this progress
