A well respected orgainsation are looking for a talented manager that can take the lead on the company`s direction with regards to Quality and compliance. The Company is:
A very well respected, large organization that have a medium sized portfolio of purpose built residential homes. They head office is Yorkshire based and are very well considered in the sector for the high quality care they provide. They have a number of companies under the umbrella that make them a well-known name in the care sector, particularly in Yorkshire. Most important a company that provide excellent training and aim to be deliver the highest standards of care in the market.

The Role:
All things quality and compliance! You will be looking after a small number of homes up and down the M1 corridor they are sunning purpose built homes and you will be working alongside the managers to improve standard, conduct internal audits and implement new care procedures and guidelines. This innovative role will see you working from a number of locations including: Head office, the well-established care homes and working from home.

The Person
Hard working and dedicated to your role, you will understand the workings of a successful Residential Homes and the Quality Assurance which accompanies this. You will be very knowledgeable in care home governance and how maintain care standards across a group of large residential homes. Most importantly the number one priority with my client and having a good understanding person centred care and how to deliver that.

The Salary for this position is between £45,000 - £50,000 which in this area is a very competitive salary and would be a great opportunity to get involved in an excellent company and progress.
