My client is a leading computer support company operating globally. With their office based within walking distance of St. Pauls Tube Station City Thameslink & Blackfriars Station it truly is the heart of Central London.

What will be your duties?
• Assist the software renewals team by accurately booking in orders daily
• Manage the Software CDW Software Confirmations mailbox on a daily basis
• Send out software order fulfilment and confirmation emails to clients and account managers
• Assist the software renewals team in other admin tasks to help facilitate the efficient functioning of the team.
• May be asked to assist the software renewals team to manage the software renewals mailbox.
• Will be cross trained to have the ability to quote renewals by using internal price lists or external suppliers.
• Respond to any software admin related queries
• Ability to use vendor/partner portals to retrieve software license order/fulfilment information
• Request IBR reports from Vendors
• Run daily reports to ensure all renewal orders have been processed, booked in and renewal dates captured correctly
• Manage ‘CDW Software Reports’ mailbox for IBR/License Report requests
• Assist business with any other activity required to fulfil role
• Achieve SLAs set by management

What will make you stand out?
• Minimum 12 months admin/renewals experience or equivalent, experience in Distribution would also be a bonus
• Analytical with attention to detail
• Understanding the importance of business processes and compliance
• Experience of working in a Sales environment is desirable
• Microsoft Office knowledge - Word, Excel and Outlook, Visio
• Able to identify key deliveries and to prioritise
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
• Strong relationship building skills
