Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 + benefits (inc bi-annual salary review + flexible working hours)

Head of Digital Marketing with outstanding Digital Marketing, Social Media (inc Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc), Google Analytics and Digital Marketing Management expertise is highly sought by a multiple award winning games studio based in Birmingham who are the UK's largest privately owned mobile e-gaming studio! We currently have just over 190+ employees here at our Birmingham HQ and we offer some of the UK's best career progression plans and earning potential with bi-annual salary reviews!

In this position, you will own the entire Digital Marketing (B2C) function here at Intouch Games Ltd across our 3 highly successful online brands (mFortune, Pocketwin and Mr Spin). You will manage our Social Media accounts (with emphasis on Facebook ad bidding/paid campaigns), oversee and implement our digital marketing brand principles and strategy and ensure our team of digital marketing execs, content writers and affiliate execs are working effectively and cohesively with the other departments within the studio including games development, games design and web development teams.

This opportunity would ideally suit someone with an excellent track record of defining, analysing and refining a large digital marketing function with access to a huge monthly marketing budget (circa £1mn). In addition, we are looking for someone with a proven and successful background in Digital Marketing, SEO and PPC with demonstrable commercial business growth experience with a keen eye for engaging content and how this delivers excellent ROI.

Key skills we're looking for…

  • Excellent Digital Marketing Management experience (teams of 10+)
  • Excellent Social Media expertise (inc Facebook ad bidding and account management)
  • Experience with large digital marketing budgets
  • Good understanding of conversion metrics (using Google Analytics)
  • Excellent successful track record in a fast paced B2C environment (e.g travel, retail, insurance, gaming etc)

Bonus points for…

  • Previous eGaming experience
  • Previous mobile app experience
