12 Month FTC - Change Communications Manager - Cambridge - £40,000 - £60,000

Are you looking for a new challenge to kick start the year?

I am currently working with an exciting company based in Cambridge who are looking to add an important addition to their team. You will take a lead role, overseeing on all activities relation the change project allocated. You will be responsible in insuring that activities and messages associated with all projects are communicated, understood and embedded within the organisation.

The role will support the organisations priorities in delivering an effective change programme.

As the Change Communications Manager, you will need be responsible for the following:
-Driving the change communications strategy which informs and excites all colleagues
-Lease with other departments such as HR, Sales, IT, Finance and Marketing to support the firms strategic plans
-Supporting the leadership communications agenda
-Report on communication activities, highlighting the effectiveness of the employee communications strategy
-Network with the business to generate content for use across channels
-Develop compelling content for use across multiple channels, relevant to a global audience

The successful Change Communications Manager will have significant experience of change and employee communications, the ability to create new and inspiring ways to increase engagement and designing and implementing internal change communications strategies.
