Our client are an award winning global social media agency. They work with some of the biggest brands and companies in the world, providing full service social media management, strategy, insights, engagement and content for these household names!

We’ve already mentioned the amazing clients they have, and this will mean you will be working across 10/11 different markets, helping these brands increase their social media strategy!

As Group Account Director, you hold the critical role of supporting the Account Management team, ensuring they have what they need to deliver world-class social media management. With a focus on our client’s largest full service clients, they need you to lead a talented team and help them to service and grow their clients

Your primary day-to-day tasks will focus on:

  • Team line management - career and performance management
  • Client service levels
  • Client relationships
  • Client profitability
  • Ad-hoc projects
  • Client growth plans
  • Agency leadership

You will be part of the leadership team and responsible for making decisions on agency direction and priorities and as well as the overall productivity and satisfaction of the wider team

The role requires a confident leader and a lot of initiative but support is available at every opportunity and you will work as a team with the managing director and the operations director.

This is a role with lots of variety and challenges with a clear focus on developing people and client relationships within an exciting and developing service offering that you will help to shape.

Key skills required:

  • Strong social media background
  • Agency experienced
  • Confident dealing with senior clients
  • Having the drive to help shape the future of the agency
  • Be able to bring a positive impact to the company from day one
  • Experience managing a team and monitoring their performance
  • Strong client relationship experience
