Role and Responsibilities

This is a new position in our rapidly growing document processing automation company helping our customers to achieve their digital transformation goals.

You will be part of our Purchase Ledger Automation team and will use in-house and third-party software systems to assist with the day to day running of the document processing services we provide to other businesses. Full training will be given in using these systems. You will also need to liaise with our processing team based in India via Skype messaging and respond appropriately to our customers’ queries. You will report directly to the Operations Manager.

  • 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Qualifications and Education Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience of basic accounting / purchase ledger work as the majority of documents we process are purchase invoices. The minimum qualifications required are;

  • GCSE level Mathematics and English
  • Very good level of computer literacy

Skills required

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work well within a small team
  • Experience of Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Knowledge of the freight and logistics sector would be an advantage
