Part Time Accounts Assistant
Our client is looking to recruit a Part Time Accounts Assistant to be be responsible for maintaining a high standard of presentation of Company edgers and Disbursements accounts.
Hours of work will be over 3 days to coincide with other members of the team working hours.
Main duties include:
- Maintain and oversee all company ledgers to trial balance
- Deal with petty cash both in/out
- Weekly bank reconciliation, normal ledger and account reconciliation
- Monthly credit control of ledger inclusive of liaising with customers
- Processing and preparation of disbursement accounts sent to principals
- Complying with quality procedures with in the company
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Due to location own transport is essential.
