The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Application Support, Training users and will be familiar with ITIL Application Support- Service Life Cycle and Web based applications.

Essential skills:

  • Managing User enquiries and escalating issues
  • Experienced in providing application support
  • Previous experience providing 1st line support
  • Previous experience delivering training to end users
  • ITIL Application support
