Helpdesk / 1st Line / Service Desk / Technical Support Engineer required for my client based near Farnborough for a permanent role, salary £20-24K. My client are seeking a versatile Support Engineer to provide support for their products. You will have general IT Support experience with experience particularly around the following areas: ·Active Directory ·Exchange ·Office365 You will be providing support in Microsoft environments, both on-prem and cloud based to users globally. You should have a broad exposure to Microsoft environments including Active Directory, Exchange / Office365 and related technologies. Standard hours are 9am - 5:30pm, however there will also be a requirement to work around this (e.g. a slightly earlier or later start - not rota'd, sorted out amongst the team). My client does have parking onsite, but it is on a first come first served basis, and if working a later shift may not be available.
