My Client is looking for a Digital Executive to ensure the optimal delivery of online marketing activity and to deliver growth to the business. Working closely with the small Brand Marketing team, you will ensure complete synergy of messaging, and act as the digital expert in driving brand awareness, site traffic and engagement.

Key Accountabilities

This role is a key position within the team, creating and delivering emails and content across our website, so we are looking for someone with passion and initiative to bring this unique role to life.

Ensure the impeccable delivery of agreed strategy, deftly navigating when to personally deliver and when to call on wider resources across the team and business. Including:

- Digital Content :

- With a focus on earned media, working with the social media executive to drive web traffic
- Implementing SEO best practice on website and marketing campaigns
- Working on delivery of paid and earned content, including advertising and placement
- Keeping the company website updated, making sure content is compliant at all times
- Managing 3rd party websites when necessary

- eCRM:

- Responsible for both client and prospect email activity including content, sign off, distribution and evaluation, proposing developments and identifying ways to improve optimization
- Maintain a clean functional CRM database

- Make data meaningful to support optimization and ultimately delivery of results:

- Be able to identify key insights and clearly communicate these back to the business
- Actively propose appropriate steps to be taken as a result

Qualifications/Experience Required

- 1 to 2 years’ experience. We’re more interested in your ability than time served.
- Experience in the creation and seeding of strong, targeted online content to drive traffic and engagement
- Solid understanding of the various tools of performance marketing and how to leverage these to deliver quality site traffic
- Flexible and open to change, with a ‘hands on’ approach
- Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to prioritise, use initiative and perform under pressure
- Strong people management, able to work with a wide range of people
- Organised and able to use initiative and to work in a pressurised ‘start up’ environment
- A strong communicator with the ability to interact clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues and others at all levels
- Awareness of current trends/brands and what is happening in the online space
