Our client, based just outside Tunbridge Wells and set in an idyllic and inspiring location, is looking for an Account Director to join their team. The company is a young, vibrant agency with a vision to be the most valued partner for brand launch as they inspire, excite & deliver consistent quality & excellence. Working within the global pharma environment, 2018 is a critical year for them. They have already tripled their client base in the last 6 months, and to help continue that growth, they are looking to double their team in the next 12 months.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a pivotal role in the growth of the company in 2018, as it will lead the strategy and approach for how they interact, manage and grow all their clients.

The Relationship Team is responsible for managing the client interface, from initial proposal submission through to full optimisation and maximising profitability. The role is a collaborative one which sees engagement of many of the internal teams, drawing them together to achieve the account ambition. The nature of their client base is international, involving travel to EU and Global Headquarters, both in mainland Europe and the US.

The focus of this role will include

Accountability for all existing accounts, with individual responsibility for their 2 lead accounts including:
o Achievement of targets and ongoing financial management of the account portfolio
o Developing and overseeing the account planning process
o Supporting the development and delivery of their non-platform services, utilising appropriate internal and external resource
Identifying and delivering upon upsell opportunities to both current and new clients inside their existing portfolio
? Lead their growing team of Account Managers
? Direct and support development of the company's approach of best in class engagement & relationship management

The key attributes they would expect the successful candidate to have are:

? Ability to operate equally well independently and across a team
? Strong networking skills able to identify opportunities and bring them to fruition

In addition, they would expect the successful candidate to have:
? 5+ years within pharma, ideally both client & agency side having launched or been involved with a pharma brand launch
? A commercial proactive focus; spots an opportunity and runs with it
? A team player that's excited by opportunities to innovate (proof of concepts, adapting projects to fit new opportunities)
? Keen eye for process, and rigour to drive profitable execution of projects

Salary & Benefits
?£50k - £70k depending on experience
?25 days' holiday
?Incentive scheme - up to 20% of annual salary (after 6 month's probation)
?AXA private health insurance (after 6 month's probation)
?Pension (after 6 month's probation)
?Death in Service 6x annual salary lump sum

Own transport is required, due to location, and there is parking on site.
