- Provide administrative and system support to the Data team
- Administrative and system support
- Undertake tasks as requested by the Care Data & Systems Manager.
- Develop and maintain system user guides and log.
- Respond to and resolve system helpdesk issues.
- Create and generate reports as requested.
- Develop and maintain databases for users
- Assist in testing of new system functionality.
Extensive experience of Microsoft Office suite, including Access and PowerPoint
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Good written and verbal communication skills
High levels of accuracy & attention to detail
Awareness of confidentiality policies
Ability to prioritise work and multi-task
Ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative
Possess good inter-personal skills
