System Support

Key Duties

  • Provide administrative and system support to the Data team
  • Administrative and system support
  • Undertake tasks as requested by the Care Data & Systems Manager.
  • Develop and maintain system user guides and log.
  • Respond to and resolve system helpdesk issues.
  • Create and generate reports as requested.
  • Develop and maintain databases for users
  • Assist in testing of new system functionality.

Extensive experience of Microsoft Office suite, including Access and PowerPoint

Advanced Microsoft Excel

Database Administration

Report writing

Training experience

Good written and verbal communication skills

High levels of accuracy & attention to detail

Awareness of confidentiality policies

Ability to prioritise work and multi-task

Ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative

Possess good inter-personal skills

Flexibility
