A well established and developing Electronic Security Solutions Company is currently recruiting for a Service Manager to join their team.

The company Install and Maintain a variety of Electronic Security Solutions for a mixture of clients ranging from CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarms and other electronic security. They work to high standards and have a developing team of high quality engineers working for them.

This job role as Service Manager will see the applicant work as part of the Management team of the company, being responsible for the Service Engineering team and the Service Contracts of the business. The Manager is tasked with the daily man management of the engineering including organisation, rota's, recruitment, the manager will also have a direct client responsibilities.

The company is looking for an experienced Security Industry Manager, ideally with a strong background of man management and client management. The manager will be responsible for developing and motivating their team and responsible for pushing the team to achieve its targets.

This is an interesting and challenging role but one where a Manager can take ownership of and really develop and forge their position within the company. There is a lot of support and the company is continually developing and growing and further opportunities will develop from there.
