We are currently assisting a small, friendly business to recruit on an ongoing temporary basis for an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Manager

Duties to include:

• Process sales and purchase invoices
• Credit control
• Deal with supplier payments and statement reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Process expenses / credit card transactions
• Prepare and post Accounts Payable payments
• Assist Financial Accountant with month-end routines
• Payroll, including RTI on a monthly basis
• Completion of VAT Returns
• Payments by BACS, CHAPS, Cheque, Direct Debit and Standing Orders
• Matching invoices to delivery notes

Skills:

• Experience working for Small businesses
• Systems experience - Word, Excel, Sage, and Iris if possible
