Baltic Training and Quorn Foods are delighted to be recruiting for an Apprentice IT Support Analyst to join their successful team based in Stokesley, North Yorkshire. You will be working alongside existing staff and be mentored and trained to carry out the following duties:
- Hardware and software updates
- Onsite desktop and IT support via both phone and email
- Fix problems and provide additional support in relation to IT
- Remote support
- Utilise the ticketing system to record activity
Training to be provided:
- Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in ICT
- Level 3 Advanced Diploma in ICT Systems and Principles
- Networking Fundamentals
- Mobility and Device Fundamentals
- Cloud Fundamentals
- Coding and Logic
- Business Process's
- Level 2 Functional Skills (Literacy, Numeracy and ICT)
Skills and qualifications required:
- 5 GCSE's A-C grades, including Math's and English
- Passion for IT
- Great organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge on Windows OS
- Hardware knowledge would be beneficial but not essential
- Be able to take on new responsibilities and understand new technologies
- Due to the remote location of this vacancy a full UK driving licence would be desirable but not essential

Upon completion of this apprenticeship programme, there are real progression opportunities available. Along with your employer, you may decide to progress onto our level 4 programme and take your training even further.
Salary, hours and benefits
- £206.00 per week
- Full time (37.5 Hours per week)
Location and travel
This role is located in Stokesley with limited access to public transport links so candidates with access to their own transport would be desirable but not essential.
