As a CRM Consultant with City Dynamics, you will act as an SME and trusted advisor to our clients by analysing their requirements, designing and implementing their Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM Solution.

Working across the complete project lifecycle, you will provide a Business Class service by sharing best practice, insight and the latest technological developments to key stakeholders.

The CRM Consultant role involves
  • Gather, understand and analyse client system requirements and specific solutions to define project scope (Implementation, Customisation, Data Migration etc).
  • Contributing to 365/CRM architecture sessions with clients and the delivery team.
  • Design, Customise and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics365.
  • Acting as a 365/CRM SME to clients, offering advice on best practices for solution implementation.
  • Delivering projects on time and on budget, providing the client with continuous status updates.
  • Maintaining project related documentation including functional and technical specifications.
  • Providing ongoing client training and support resolving any technical issues.
  • Identifying creative solutions to address client’s pain points and meet requirements.
  • Communicating the latest Dynamics 365/CRM news and developments externally and internally.
  • Build trusted partner relationships and provide a business class service to clients.
  • Act as mentor to more junior members of the team.
  • Contribute and refine CRM Implementation standards and procedures

The successful candidate will need
  • A passion for providing excellent client service
  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a technical environment (previous consulting experience would be beneficial)
  • A degree with a minimum of 2:2
  • Experience with some of the following technologies would be desirable: Java, JavaScript, C#, SQL with HTML, CSS, Ajax, JSON, XML, Web Services, SSIS
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong customer facing skills
  • Excellent communication skills that can be applied to a diverse audience range right up to board level
  • Analytical skills to understand complex and varied information sources and the ability to draw sound recommendations.
