Rochdale Personalisation Service delivers a homecare service across the borough of Rochdale in a community setting. We are seeking a warm, professional and organised individual to manage the day to day running of the service. This is a fast paced, dynamic service providing support to individuals on personalised packages of care with varying needs which include: daily living support, personal care, managing finances, dietary support, attending healthcare appointments and promoting independence. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organisational skills and communication, devise rotas and allocate visits for the staff team, liaise with care teams and partner agencies, supervise staff and provide staff support in their roles. You will engage with service users and build trusting therapeutic relationships, working to encourage a positive life outlook and coping skills. The service operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year and you will be expected to work on a rota system undertaking shift work as required. Evening and weekend work is expected.
