We are currently partnered with a rapidly expanding Law firm with several offices based within the South, who are looking for assistance in their Conveyancing department.

This firm offers great opportunity to grow and develop and you can join a company where you can make real impact. They are currently looking for additional support in their Conveyancing department based in Bracknell.

The firm are relatively open in terms of what type of candidate they will consider, whether you be a Licensed Conveyancer, a Paralegal, having knowledge of the Conveyancing process from an estate agency or a Legal Secretary wanting to make a move. It's about having a desire to work within Conveyancing for a great firm.

The role will entail the following:

To provide Clients with an efficient and professional service in accordance with the Firm's Quality Standards.

To be courteous to all Clients and all other persons having dealings with the Firm.

To assist Clients both face to face and by telephone and be available to clients on request whenever possible.

To possess a good working knowledge of all processes, procedures and precedents within the department / area of law

To keep up-to-date with changes in the processes and procedures within the department / area of law.

To communicate department processes and procedures to clients clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing

To utilise the Firm’s precedents and appropriately adapt these to the client and the matter and in line with the Fee Earner’s instructions

Provide Secretarial & Administrative Support

The role will be very dependent upon the experience of the successful candidate.
