Regenda is now recruiting a Tenancy Enforcement Officer to work with our Customer Services and Neighbourhood team in Fleetwood.

About the role

The Tenancy Enforcement Officer will be required to manage cases of housing related anti-social behaviour and work as part of a neighbourhood team to help deliver safe and sustainable communities. The post-holder will be responsible for responding to reports of ASB and tenancy breaches and working in partnership with internal and external partners to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional pro-active service.

Applicants should have experience of working in a housing related ASB role and be able to demonstrate an up to date knowledge of the ASB, Crime and Policing Act 2014. Experience of using tools and powers within the act is essential. You will have a ‘can do’ attitude to ensure that our customers’ experience of our service remains positive, taking ownership of issues as they arise and being accountable for performance.
