This national pensions administration company is looking for excellent pensions administrators for their office in Glasgow. They pride themselves in providing straightforward advice to clients and as such require individuals who can hit the ground running.
Your new role
As a pensions administrator you will be responsible for carrying out pensions calculations, both manually and automated, and dealing with the related correspondence with clients. You will communicate with your clients and their employees with any queries regarding their pension schemes. You will liase with DWP, HMRC (inc. NICO) as well as working within regulatory guidelines set out by FCA and the pensions regulator.
What you'll need to succeed
You will possess a comprehensive knowledge of Defined Benefits pension schemes and can demonstrate your technical knowledge competently. Furthermore, you will have the confidence to coach and mentor less senior administrators and assist with any queries they have. A relevant PMI qualification would be advantageous. You will be competent in using all Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
